MPM Contractors, Inc. is a painting contractor specializing in painting and refinishing apartments. We use Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams paint — or the preference of the customer — and can perform any repairs the customer requests.
We paint apartments that have been recently vacated, both new and old, to make them ready for new tenants. We provide a 24-hour turnaround so the apartment is usable as soon as possible and the landlord has the shortest possible vacancy.
We can paint both vacant and occupied units and perform small repairs of any kind. We also refinish bathtubs, shower stalls, countertops, and tile. In addition, we hang wall furnishings and can create faux finishes and textures on walls.
